Ayre Services is an established service team with over 60 freelancers. We aim to connect our clients with expert freelancers. We are run by a small team of experienced freelancers who have extensive knowledge in this field.
What does the position consist of
There are many tasks which the general manager should undertake on a day to day basis. Some are listed below:
- Managing all advertising
- Responding to all applications
- Assisting with tickets
- Processing freelancer payments, refunds
- Dealing with charge backs and scam reports
- Making regular engaging announcements for our freelancers and members.
What are the requirements?
- 18+ year old
- Previous service team management experience
- Active for most hours of the day
- Do not own another service team
- Strong reputation
- Writing and Graphics skills would be a bonus but not essential
