I hired Kyhlus to help revamp an existing server I already had, as well as implementing cross-play with bedrock edition. His support from the start has been incredible! He worked at times when our main player base was asleep to limit disturbances to the players and his communication is always prompt. He also created an exclusive hub for my players to spawn into and we all love it.
I will recommend Kyhuls/SrVanilla to everyone I talk to and will continue to hire him for other projects that come up in the future!

Service was quick , done within 2 days even i have so many requests. srvanilla is helpful in anything that you would request in your server setup. he knows every plugins which is nice and he knows what he's doing. you could also request custom gui's within every plugin and he will set it up. 11/10 for me

I had worked with a developer in the past that over-extended the due date of my projects, didn't produce results, had untimely responses, etc., and I was very hestitant when hiring SrVanilla/Khylus. However, he took my completely undeveloped server in the matter of a week and transformed it into something wonderful. He offers advice, makes corrections, taught me how to run the server on my own, and did his very best to ensure customer satisfaction. Contracted the user at 6 P.M today. The user was really quick to respond and helped me resolve my issue at a timely manner considering a lot of things popped up and had incredible patience.
He worked for a total of 4 hours to fix our jobs reborned configuration making it the hottest mouth watering monster out there and made it fully functional with all the other 30 features we had linked to it. The config was relatively broken and had so many issues with our server it could not be considered playable. However, thanks to this fellows work we where able to make it fully functional and 20x better than it originally was since he decided to make it from scratch in order to change things and provide us with the ultimate satisfaction.
Also, to mention this user was extremely patient with me. i had issues, due to IRL problems and gave him sometimes confusing instructions but he still prevailed with his work doing everything he could to provide proper satisfactory service. Also to mention, their TOS a bit stingy but they can work around it and are awesome people. I used the owner, not the service team but I am sure his team is as good and as honest as he is. His time cap was around 1-4 hours and he delivered not charging me extra for the time taken. Awesome guy!
Not to mention that I accidentally deleted placeholders which kinda made us oom but he still waited patiently for me to download my backup in order to replace the files and was relatively sweet telling me not to worry and that everything is fine. He also has an excellent sense of custom service compared to many other service teams out there.

Kyhlus services setup an enjin website for me. Once my ticket was accepted, I dealt only with Senior Joshe. He setup all aspects of the enjin site for me using a template I had purchased elsewhere. I enjoyed dealing with him, I told him from the start that I knew little about website setup. He asked me many questions about how I wanted things setup, and along the way had me go look to be sure it was as I wanted it. He explained what he was doing at times, mostly in terms I could understand. (-: I would recommend Kyhlus services, am very happy with their work, and plan to use them to setup my website store. Vouch! SrVanilla was extremely awesome, helpful and kind! They helped me set up warps and perms for an extensive parkour course and went above and beyond expectations for what I had in mind! 5 Stars for the Khylus team and Sr.Vanilla who did a complete bug depuration, fixed LuckPerms and permissions, set the motd, scoreboard and chat, color format, and also setup the economy system and holograms.
Vip rank and kits configured too by MrVanilla who was very kind and always trying to make the things as you wanted to do it! There are a few more things that were added but, i can't remember. He is a beast.
