Hi Supreme Setups, I'm very sorry to hear you claim to have had this experience with us.

First off I'd like to mention that our live chat does not have a ban feature, therefore I am not too sure how you have been restricted from using the live chat. I personally will be looking into this for you!

Secondly, any automated payments that are not allocated to an invoice generally get put into account funds immediately for future purchases, or can very easily be refunded upon request (to my knowledge, we have not received such request).
