Hey we are looking for strongly passionate and motivated staff 13+ (16+ preferred) to join our staff team.
The positions will be unpaid but as a part of joining, we will get you to become a part of a team where you all contribute to shared goals. We have 2 survival servers, a hub, creative, and a games world mostly focusing on KitPvP. We want every staff member to become a part of our brand and with a rebrand planned we want you to become a part of this.
The positions we have available are:
Helper - essentially a trial mod taking on new topics and projects that suit your fancy. Currently, all the helpers have moved up to moderator and so we are looking for new guys to the community to come with ideas! Current projects include - Donation Ranks / Website development / Vote Crates / Games development / KitPvP lead and many more.
Builder - the key area we are looking for, we already have 3 builders on our team but they are already stretched and therefore we need someone to fill into an already developed team. You don't have to be the best builder as we are happy to teach you the ways. Projects include producing a new server hub/town world for RPG survival / Netherhub / EndHub and many more.
Social media/advertising manager - someone to essentially write posts like this and create a brand for our community! For this role, we would love someone who knows about website development as well as a strong social media presence and experience. We want someone who can post on each of our social media's daily and growing our social network presence to bring new members into our community.
Staff manager - A person whose role will be to solely manage the staff team and provide project support to teams while coordinating with Owners. Establishing weekly/monthly staff calls and being hands-on. This role will involve lots of coordination and is perfect for someone who wishes to develop leadership experience.
