After a week or so did the player base stay ?

Not enough stayed to call it a "player base" but I certainly gained long term players. Many factors go into players staying though.

Totally understand that I only recently gotten into trying to gain a player base. Previously it was just for me and a couple of friends to play on. With that said would I be wrong to assume that I could gain 5 long-term players from this?

For sure, especially if you fit the SMP niche. I received more bedrock players than java players. I always received a handful of people who have donated more than once.

everything i'm saying forward is technically my fault and i understand that, but also you just shouldnt do this as a media partner?

We accidentally left hawm with gamemode creative, about 2-3 weeks after hawms recording we were getting messaged by our staff saying someone was giving out bedrock and netherite blocks. This turned out to be true, which coreprotect and several player witnesses told us.

For context, gems are in game currency that he duped in creative inventory. His inventory contained over $1,000 USD worth of in game currency which would of broke our economy if we didn't catch him sooner.


Hawm's excuse for the situation was at first "I only spawned in one single bedrock block" then after we exposed him for spawning in tons and netherite, he then said "the blocks are just blocks? they can make armor with that can't you mine that underground in 1.16"

You're alright to have your opinion however, the gems were in my inventory as I was testing how the gem shop worked and how the server worked itself, none of it left my inventory or intended too,

I gave some stuff to players, yes it might of been excessive however I didn't realise that the netherite blocks were that rare as players on the server had over 20mil,

Yes I'm at fault for gifting things to players but don't accuse me of ruining the servers ECO leaving you out of over $1,000 USD when none of it left my inventory?
