Minimum transaction is $20. I will not be going first. I can link you to forums where I have lots of vouches for various types of sales and exchanges if you're unsure; you will be getting a reliable transaction partner!
CashApp: I take the 8% and then you receive the remainder in BTC minus exchange fees. (Fees are pretty low, e.g. 45 cents for $20 on Cashapp!) or 10.5% flat.
