I don't think you understand what "Oversell" means.

It means that if you order 1GB ram no one else will be able to use that 1GB ram.

If you have 30 people and each person paid for 1GB ram, and your server only has 32GB ram, that's not overselling
HOWEVER.
If you have 30 people each person paid for 2GB ram, and you still only have 32 GB ram, people will be sharing ram THAT'S OVERSELLING.

Overselling is not the price, but how the resources are used.

Side note: It is not a great look to post about wanting to sell MC servers and then comment on everyone's post that is your competitor just to make them look bad.

Well, it's more expensive I'm assuming because of it being dedicated resources. Therefore, it costs them more since you're the only one using it and they cant have 100 people using the same gig of ram? just my guess, not my business, they can run it how they want, maybe their support is superb maybe there are other things with it that make them better than others.

I would be very sceptical of a business selling 16GB ram for $29 I personally wouldn't trust it as it is not profitable or sustainable.

Also, don't mean to slander, but this is still overpriced even for dedicated resource, and those aren't even dedicated resources - that's a vCPU. Technically good, yes. But Minecraft is single-threaded and therefore cannot utilize any of the vCPU advantages. Therefore, something like Pebblehost, who at their most expensive plan (with a dedicated thread) is only $4.50/gb has better pricing on resources alone. You may factor in whatever else you wish as additional costs to their service to make up the difference. I am speaking strictly on hardware. Additionally, I am fairly sure these guys resell and that is why they have such high pricing, they need a specific profit margin.

Just my two cents from experience with this business sector.

Yeah fair enough, my original comment was about overselling not being about price but about what you receive
