Hello mcnexous, we try to get license keys out within a few hours of a verification ticket being opened, but sometimes it may take longer depending on scheduling and timezones. This bot is amazing! Does everything I need it to do. I’m thinking of reusing it again now. However, I need to get verified on their discord, been waiting 3 days now and still no reply… wish their responses were significantly faster…. Especially since you can’t use the bot without access to their discord making it worthless…

Hello. It’s now been 5 days without anyone looking at my ticket or responding. All I’m trying to do is get verified yet absolutely no one is responding to my ticket. My ticket number is 22302.
Please respond to the ticket or I’ll be filing a fraud action with builtbybit as you’ve happily taken my money but not let me access the software.
