Hytheria Network was the server which I was going to progress with and own myself however, I am struggling to meet the time requirements which would be needed for this project to become successful. Hytheria has huge potential, it is extremely well known in the community and has a semi established playerbase in the discord server.

This is the perfect time to purchase a server, as the christmas holidays are here, it will be the perfect time for final development and advertising, hyping the server up and then releasing at the time of the year which makes the most amount of money.

Discord Server
The Discord server hasn't been advertised and most of the players have joined from word of mouth, all from a factions community. There are approximately 20 faction leaders and there are 200+ online on peak times. Although its not too active in chat, it can be brought back with announcements, sneak peeks ect. I have included 2 discord servers in the deal, one is the Hytheria discord and the other a more recent factions community discord.

Factions Setup
I will include a factions setup with builds and configuration files. Plugins will not be allowed to be resold. The spawn and warzone on the setup is included and I will also include many builds and spawns which you may find better / useful. These builds and setup in total cost over $1,000 easily. There are about 8 spawns probably costing $50-$150 each, 3 Hubs probably costing over $100 each, PvP Arenas, KoTH's, Warzones, Skyblock Islands ect. Most builds are from a previous release of Hytheria so they may have been used previously. The test server is available for serious buyers.

YouTube Videos
There have been hundreds of videos made on Hytheria from popular YouTubers such as m0dest, p0wer0wner, Nubbles and many more. Just search up "Hytheria Factions" on YouTube and you'll be shown with videos totalling hundreds of thousands of views. The domain and traffic to Hytheria is insane.

It's been sold maybe 4 times in 3 years?

Do not buy this server, owner is scummy, sells many times.

Better make sure the plugins haven’t been sold multiple times or stolen from others

This guy bought a server from me and expected files to be exclusive when the files were never advertised as exclusive.

The files for hytheria are exclusive so no one else other than the previous owner have them to my knowledge.

If you're talking about the setup for it, I never advertised the setup being exclusive. I had sold the setup before it was sold on mcm, the buyer never asked if the setup was exclusive and I never advertised it as so. I know they made a bias announcement about me in the discord saying I'm scummy trying to ruin my rep when they didn't do enough research into the server. The guy who purchased the server from me wasn't even the guy who bought it from me lol.

Seems to be well past its glory days, furthermore, the activity on the discord is next to nonexistent. Seems to be just buying the server's name, art, and potentially out of date content if it used to run years ago.

This is just my at first opinion, not trying to trash or diminishing your chances of selling
