Hytheria Network was the server which I was going to progress with and own myself however due to starting a new year at college, I am struggling to meet the time requirements which would be needed for this project to become successful. Hytheria has huge potential, it is extremely well known in the community and has a semi established playerbase in the discord server.
This is the perfect time to purchase a server, as the Halloween & Christmas holidays are coming up, it will be perfect time to leave 1-2 months for final development and advertising, hyping the server up and then releasing at the time of the year which makes the most amount of money.

Running Costs?
- Dedicated Server (inc 2 dedicated IP's) $81/month
- Buycraft Ultimate (inc SSL Certirficate) £29.99 = $37/month
- Total: $118/month + any development / management
Of course these are best spec'ed plans so you can easily cut these figures. Dedicated server is overpowered for what the server will run as however it will run with a flawless release. Buycraft plan can be changed to the Premium plan for £9.99 without SSL Certificate, however the server would be expected to make more than $2.5k a month if run correctly.
Discord Server
The Discord server hasn't been advertised and most of the players have joined from word of mouth, all from a factions community. There are approximately 20 faction leaders and there are 200+ online on peak times. Although its not too active in chat, it can be brought back with announcements, sneak peeks ect.
Factions Setup
I will include a factions setup which is exclusive with builds and configuration files. Plugins will not be allowed to be resold. The spawn and warzone on the setup is included and I will also include many builds and spawns which you may find better / useful. These builds and setup in total cost over $1,000 easily. There are about 8 spawns probably costing $50-$150 each, 3 Hubs probably costing over $100 each, PvP Arenas, KoTH's, Warzones, Skyblock Islands ect. Most builds are from a previous release of Hytheria so they may have been used previously. Main build will be exclusive however I still have the rights to use / sell the other builds if I want to. Test server can be provided, however I need to upload the files and finalise the setup so it may be a week or so before I can provide a complete test server.

There have been hundreds of videos made on Hytheria from popular YouTubers such as m0dest, p0wer0wner, Nubbles and many more. Just search up "Hytheria Factions" on YouTube and you'll be shown with videos totalling hundreds of thousands of views. The domain and traffic to Hytheria is insane.
