Hello! I am looking for a PvP Timer plugin for my 1.18 Server, also needs to work for 1.19.

What I need :
Literally just a basic PvP Timer plugin that gives players a timer that shows in the action bar. It should give them a timer when they first log in and after they die.
Also needs just a /pvp enable command that brings up a GUI to click "Accept" or "Deny" with heads corresponding to it.
Players also shouldn't be able to like pick up items if they have pvp timer so they cant interact in pvp. Also shouldn't be able to open chests etc.
