Honestly by far the best hosting around in my opinon, i wish they had more Support staff to read tickets and fix issues. Like a NA, EU, OCE support teams etc...

Servers are quality and priced well, but you claim fast support it is in no means fast, it takes a day or two for a reply on a ticket.

They are resolved now, but just don’t claim fast support when it isn’t.

Statistically, our average response time is 1-8 hrs which is relatively fast when compared to other hosts.
