Clovux has a helpful staff team, but lacks when it comes to connectivity. They gave me a discounted price on a custom VPS I wanted, and it worked fine. Delivery was a few hours late, but no biggie. They told me it was a 1Gbps unmetered connection for the VPS, but when using it, and pulling files from it with a 10Gbit/s connection, it only maxed out at 250Mbps. I contacted them and they directed me to submit a ticket, but I did not.

Overall, they have a good idea, but I feel like they are overselling their network. Hardware worked well.

We don't advertise guaranteed speeds of 1Gbps sustained on our KVM VPS, they are advertised as up to 1Gbps. The reason for this is the exact configurations differ slightly across our nodes. We have a strict no overselling policy across all our services and we have Quality of Service measures in place to ensure reliable network performance. I can see we asked you to open a ticket so we could resolve your issue for you, however, you did not do that.

If you are still interested in being moved to a node that is capable of 1Gbps sustained just let us know and we will happily move your VPS for you.

Completely understand y' alls issue! This provider is horrible on support, and giving your dedicated servers to you! I waited over 2 days for mine to be delivered. They also didn't respond to any of the tickets until after the two days. Don't recommend them at all there is much better providers to go too then this one.

I have used these guys for years been great til now not sure whats been goin on. yea they have always been a little slow with support but reply 1-2 times a day normally thats fine for what i need but this is gettin a bit annoying i need my server back online so i can get my files.
