1.) Why would a customer pay you (a new user) more money when we already have reputable build teams like Team Senior, etc.. that ask less money and have proven their work many times over?
2.) Your portfolio looks incredibly small for a 5 year experience and the 2nd picture doesn't even look like it's your build if i look at the other styles, i may be wrong though.
3.) You're offering money back if a customer is not satisfied which sounds really fishy. You'd have to know that people would be unsatisfied 99.99% of the time to get their money back.
The key point (4) "I used to be a client but i was unsatisfied with other build teams." You started a team after that? it makes no sense considering the fact that you could have built your own build if you are as skilled to offer a building service.
I'm not trying to hate. Just trying to keep people safe.
And i noticed you offer discounts if the build is bigger which makes no sense since it requires much more work.

1.) And why a building team that is confident in their skills and is able to guarantee the highest quality and satisfaction of the customer should take less money?
2.) Unfortunately, we are not able to put our entire portfolio on our infographic due to the fact that potential customers / people who are interested in our topic may get bored. We conducted a survey in which people liked this form of presentation of the team the most. Our portfolio is much larger, I am able to show a potential client much more
3.) Quite the opposite! We are so confident in our skills as a builder that if something does not appeal to our customers - we immediately return the money. If our customers were not satisfied with us, we would have removed this facility long ago, they like our work, so we are not going to waive this guarantee
4.) I used to be a regular customer of building teams, but I always missed something and felt "dissatisfied", after a few years I'm sure what people want and I can guarantee it. As a person who had the same problem, I understand her perfectly and know what to do. If I can solve other people's problem why not!
Are you trying to keep people safe or don't you want them to use our services and be satisfied? Just because we've just arrived at mcmarket doesn't mean we are thieves, if people feel we are untrustworthy, we will keep adding more and more guarantees to our services to our customers until they are sure.
There will always be regular players and newcomers on the market, the fact that we only just appeared here does not mean anything. The fact that someone new has appeared does not mean that they do a worse job and cannot take care of the client.
give us some time and soon you will be comparing new teams to us.
