VPS hosting has become too expensive for us and so we are going to focus on Dedicated hosting while we work on breaking even.

Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing from the community and understand concerns about pricing.

We own all of our hardware, which means we directly manage our costs related to co-location and IP allocation, allowing us to focus on offering robust and reliable service.

Our Ryzen 9 7950X servers use the latest AM5 architecture, providing approximately 20% better performance in single-threaded applications compared to the Ryzen 7 5800X you mentioned. This makes a significant difference, especially for single threaded resource-intensive applications like Minecraft servers.

While the pricing of the provider you have mentioned is great and they have a better reputation than us. I do not believe that their service offering provides dedicated logical cores as it is not mentioned anywhere on their product page. So your VPS server could be sharing resources with other servers which will affect performance and stability.

I would like to show what other providers price these kind of machines I won't advertise them either (But message me if you would like links to the hosts)

We’ve got a new server that will host most of our infrastructure, freeing up our 7950x. This will give us the ability to offer more and below is what we will be working on.

Service Changes

• Custom Discord Bot – We’re building a new bot to enhance your experience. As a first step, we’re transitioning from TicketTool to our own custom ticketing system. It’ll start simple but will evolve with improvements that’ll boost our support.

• Knowledge Base – We've received several tickets about SSH setup and realised we need a centralised knowledge base. We’ll be launching a wiki with guides soon, and we’d love your input! If you have any guide suggestions, feel free to share them.
