Are you passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for Minecraft players? Minearchy is looking for dedicated Moderators to help maintain order, assist players, and foster a positive community.
This is a volunteer position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring everyone enjoys their time on the server!
As a Moderator, you’ll monitor both in-game and Discord chats, enforce server rules, and assist players when needed. You’ll help resolve conflicts, prevent rule-breaking, and ensure fair play. With dedication, experienced moderators may be promoted to Senior Moderator, gaining additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
Monitor Chats & Gameplay – Enforce server rules and keep the community safe.
Issue Warnings, Mutes, and Bans – Take action against rule violations when necessary.
Assist Players – Help with questions, concerns, and minor technical issues.
Collaborate with Staff – Work with other team members to handle reports and improve the community.
✔ Mature & Level-Headed Individuals – Able to handle situations calmly and fairly.
✔ Good Communication Skills – Clear and respectful interactions with players.
✔ Active & Dedicated – Regular participation in both the Minecraft server and Discord.
✔ Team Player – Works well with other staff members to maintain a friendly environment.
