1.8 Dupe glitch patch

I have recently found that there is a big dupe glitch going around. Players are able to duplicate almost any and all items! I have no idea how it is done but i need help to patch it! Please help!

The only times I had to deal with a dupe, was because of MCMMO's double drops.

I fixed it simply by disabling double drops.
If by any item, you mean literally any item, I'm not sure that this is the same dupe.

Do you have any way to find out? A patch can be made if specifics are known.
Maybe tell a player they won't be banned if they tell you how it's done or something alike.

Even offer them a reward, because they may not want to reveal it so they, as well as others can keep abusing it.

Yes i plan to do ezactly that. I will post back when i know how to do the glitch

is the one where you put a sword for example in an enchantment table and you jitt right click it fast as you can and than start pressing 1 ?

I think i know the one your talking about the 1 where you put the item in the chest and spam it into your first slot and explode tnt next to it.
