Yes it was, but if you check on the thread (https://www.mc-market.org/threads/2415/) it will say it was built by his partner, Gian. I was in fact part of Cubic Build team as stated in the post, so you're right that it was built by Cubic, but I understand why there would be confusion, since there are two posts.

I didn't actually sell it when it was being sold in that thread, thanks for pointing that out though, it saves me from further confusion and problems

Thank you for the tip, but since I mentioned those were my builds I assumed it was implied that everything was by me (that is, I didn't use any schematics)

I did have help from my brother, also a builder, but he never told me that the baloons were from PMC. I'll try to look for it and update it if I can find something about it.

Well they are not perfectly alike (look at the bottom part of it), but my brother might have probably copied some parts of it. Thank you for the help! (The houses were 100% made by me, following "lynchyinc" original style, with changes of course).

You never know, and you can't be caught unless you use it on your own server. You could sell via Skype, and such, and its very likely nobody will find out..

You should also make sure "your brother" put no other schematics in there. Some of those steampunk houses look familiar but I can't tell from the pictures. Otherwise, great builds!

Many people build hot air balloons in that fashion. Just because his looks similar to someone elses, does not mean he copied it. I know like at least 5 other builders that build balloons just like them. Does not mean they all copied each other. Good designs tend to be used across other projects by other builders. Only a certain amount of variants you could truly do to a balloon meant to be "medievalish"
