Hello once again!
Today I will sell my newest creation, a 137x137 Factions Spawn, Wood and Sandstone Style! It has 2 rings of walkways made out of brown wool and stained clay, and the outer ring has walls on it, with a huge, wavy roof supported by many pillars on the in- aswell as the outside of the wall. There are many curves in this design, adding to the choice of material i used. I made it alone, just with worldedit.

So, here are the prices for the build:
Starting bid: 5$
Bid increment: 2$
BIN price: 20$
Note: This will only be sold once, then it is yours. All the rights go over to you, you can modify it, sell it, destroy it, it is fully yours, you do not even need to credit me!
My Terms of Service:
- Only PayPal Payment.
- Payment will be in Advance.
- Do not charge back.
- You do not need to give me Credit for the build once purchased.
Once payment was succesful, i will send you the build via Skype, E-Mail, or any other form of distribution, in form of a WorldEdit Schematic or an entire World with the build in it. (As desired by the customer)
