Hi, I'm here to sell a build that was a failed commission to the UHCG server. I completed it though team Vaeron a while ago, but there was a loophole in the contract. UHCG Network did not pay; however, the builds were not sent nor distributed to anyone but me and the owner.

The spawn contains spawners, loot crates, and ender chests. Small changes can be made upon request from the buyer.

The hub was originally commissioned for $240, so I am going to say half that and a little less is fair.

Bidding starts at $15, bid increments at $5. BIN will be $90.

That's what it was commissioned for, Entity Builds . I understand that selling it will not net nearly as high a price, but as a commission it was certainly worth at least $240 as it was custom designed. As a general standard, builds are sold for 1/2 of their commission price. In this case, that would be $120, but as I am aware of the relatively low price standards on here, I reduced it by $30.

Maybe it wasn't phrased clearly enough, but the BIN is $90, not $240. That would be pretty ridiculous, and I'll change the formatting to make it a little more clear then.

I get what point you're trying to prove. But UHCG had a different budget, this isn't a matter of comparison here. Your build looks great; in fact, in my opinion that commission was probably underpaid, $90 for a custom $150x150 hub is kind of a rip-off =\ Not a single client is the same as another, and that's for sure below the average price for a commission of that size and caliber.

This commission was done through a team and was from a pretty big client, the price was average or slightly above that. I'm not saying my build is 2.5 times better than yours, but I'm saying mine was 2.5 times better paid than yours, it's all dependent on the client. Yours is probably worth $200-250 considering how much work is clearly put into it.
