43x43 Creative Spawn

I'm looking for a nice 43x43 fantasy creative spawn.
The server colors are &e and &b!

Id like for it to have a 8x4 info board so I can place signs on it somewhere at the spawn where its noticeable!

I need this done asap and hopefully at a cheapish price!
