simple warp, home, spawn, tpa, and cord plugin.

Looking to get a custom plugin made for my small semi-vanilla server.

Requirements.

-spigot
-all commands can be used without permissions plugin needed (and no op)
-ability to tpa
-ability to set and go to warps
-ability to set and go home
-ability to teleport to spawn
-some sort of coordinate teleports if possible
