Everbloom Studios is a professional team consisting of prestigious artists, designers, and architects who work primarily within the medium of Minecraft. Our experience and diverse range of skills enable us to utilize Minecraft as a means to not only produce impressive results, but to also achieve the vision of our clients. As one of the most prestigious teams on market, our standard of quality are exceptionally high in order to provide only the best results that our clients deserve. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether the project is on the basis of a conceptual theme or a specialized purpose, we will provide. That is our guarantee.
Commission Procedure
If you are interested in my services, please follow the steps below to begin the your commission:
1. Contact me here on Skype via private messaging or through Skype at kastralis4thewar . You should see the name Joshua | 4thewar | Kastralis .
2. Once contacted, please provide a full build description, your estimated project price or budget, your expected due date, and your company name or title. The discussion of the project and its pricing is conducted during this phase.
3. If the project approved, I will then notify you of the involved individuals in your project.
4. Before beginning each project, I will first ask to collect an upfront down payment. Depending on the project size, the down payment can be from 50% to a complete 100% deposit. This process will be conducted through PayPal invoicing. Other forms of payment are not accepted unless agreed to by both parties. This process will not apply to recurring clients or clients that I have personally deem trustworthy.
5. Once the project has been initiated, you will be given regular updates through descriptions and screenshots of the build. Unfortunately, you will not be granted the ability to view the build in-game due to security reasons. Exceptions can be made for recurring clients.
6. During the progress of the build, you may request for tweaks and changes that may suit your need.
7. Once the build is complete, I will deliver a final rendered image of the build along with a final invoice.
8. Once the invoice is paid in full and is confirmed, the files delivered to you directly through Skype as either a schematic file or world folder zip. The choice is up to your convenience.
What is a down payment?
A down payment is a client's official approval to initiate a commissioned project. A down payment is typically any percentage of the full agreed price for the service. This is typically only applied to new clients with large projects, and the percentage can range well within 50% to a full 100% down pay request. Down payments represent an obligation by both parties to carry out their promised duties: to complete the work in full and to pay the contractor in full. If a project is terminated after its initiation, the down payment is refunded only if it were the contractor party who requested to cancel the project. The down payment is to be refunded in full. However, if it is the client party who requests to cancel the assigned project, the down payment will not be refunded. No exceptions.
Build Prices & Estimates
Basic Hubs ($50 to $300+)
This hub setup includes a portal count of 4, 8, or 12 portals. All sides are symmetrical. As such, the price will be heavily influenced by the portal count alone. This build will be guaranteed to feature custom background landscaping, courtyard garden, patterned flooring, and a logo or text of your server/network in-game. Anything extra will come at an additional cost towards the final price.
(Estimated time: 2 Days - 1 Week)
Complex Hubs ($200 to $1000+)
Like the basic hub format, portal count will start from 4 and maximize at 8. If more portals are needed, I will design a new hub format to accommodate your needs. Prices will vary depending on the the request at hand: whether portals will all be unique or the same. These certain projects may be relayed to my associates.
(Estimated time: 1 Week - 4 Weeks)
Server Spawns & Lobbies ($50 to $300+)
Builds designed for the purpose of a spawn will be made to accommodate essential game-play needs. Specific descriptions will be required and will be built on either the client's requested theme or the builder's choice of style. The level of detailing as well as the general size of the spawn will be matched with the client's budget.
(Estimated Time: 2 Days - 3 Weeks)
Prison Mines ($35 - $100 each)
The prices of each prison mine will be determined on its general size and complexity. Each mine will be built with a different theme and shall meet quality expectations. The prison mine images shown in my portfolio are mines with a general size of 125 x 125 blocks. These mines were priced at $50 each, and as such the final prices will vary on that standard. Any other prison mine design or format requested will also be priced and compared to that same standard.

Arenas & PvP Maps ($50 - $500+ or more)
These maps will vary based on its essential purpose. I can offer a diverse range of maps varying from KitPvP maps to The Walls maps. Each map's price will depend on its general size and complexity. Each map will accommodate with the client's requested descriptions.
(Estimated Time: 2 Days - 3 Weeks)
General Pricing Standard
Estimate quote equation:
(Estimate Diameter Length of Blocks) x 1.15 = Price Estimate (includes business fees | tax (20% partially covered))
Example: 100x100 = $115 | 200x200 = $230 | 500x500 = $575
(Estimated Time: About 2 Days per 150 x 150 blocks. This includes finalization and approval phase.)
Payment Details & Terms of Service
By choosing to order from my services, you are automatically obligated to the following terms:
1. All payments must be made via PayPal. No other payment method will be accepted unless you have preciously stated an offer during our discussion on price estimates.
2.Any commission tasked to me is subject to cancellation at any given notice by either party.
3. If the client party cancels the continuation of the commission project, the down payment is kept by the contractor party. However, if it is the contractor that has chosen to cancel the continuation of the project, the contractor is obligated to refund the client's down payment.
4. You are not paying for the build itself, but rather you are paying me to build as your contractor and service provider. We do not sell Minecraft blocks.
5. An invoice will be sent to the client upon finalization of the product.
6. Refunds are not accepted under any condition, and in doing so you will risk a public scam report, reclaim of your project build, public download of the product, and on the MC Architects Union and its associated build teams.
7. You are allowed to resell the build product of your respective commission, however you not allowed to claim the credits of the build as your own work. You do not own creative rights to the build.
