50/50 Partner - Start A Server From Scratch - RPG Prison Idea

What I want to do is start a server together from scratch, my skill set is limited, basic html, and I don't own a mic never was into talking online. I'm 28 yrs old, stable job and have a lot of time I can spend on the pc night times and weekends.


What I don't wanna do:
> Revamp an old server to sell after.
> Partner an already made network, set on my prison idea.
> Sell the server once it's created. Want to keep it and build it up.


What I want to do:
> 50/50 with a partner to build an amazing server.
> Watch people enjoy the game.


What I can offer:
> I'm not very good with Linux you would have to be good with Linux but, I've bought a OVH VPS SSD#2 server (4gb ram) for 12 months and I wont include that in our 50/50 that will be on me. All you need to do is set it up with optimal working conditions for the Minecraft game. Or we can find someone to do a one time set-up and use a panel like multicraft.
