$650USD Gaming PC Build Request?

If someone could do one for me from (https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/) with a budget of $1000 that'd be awesome. I wish to use the PC for recording, gaming (BO2, GTA, Tomb Raider, Minecraft etc) along with rendering videos too.
Tbh, these builds won't be the best because of the price restrictions, it'd be wayyy better to save up, but I tried with what i was given.
If you figure that the 16gb of ram was too much, you can remove it for just 8.
NOTE: I never add cases or an OS when making builds for other people

Ehm, according to the site the build is 379.64$usd, and 623$aud, unless you mean adding the case and the os made it 908

8gb of ram, and a decent costing Video card, for about 20$ under 900$AUD.
It'll be around 1050$ with an OS and case, but, hopefully it'll work.
