$75+ Texture Pack Designer

I am looking for someone who can modify and use resource packs at an expert level. What i need is a set 15 different weapons made with their own sounds. The weapons will have to be made with a quality of the GIF below.
I also am willing to negotiate the price based on work put in. (Sorry for the awful quality GIF)

You'd probably have to be expecting to pay $20/model if you want them to make a professional model and sound for each. So that's like $300 for that.
