80x80 factions spawn?

Hey im wondering if anyone would be wanting to buy a 80x80 factions spawn im building. Now this isnt the tread im selling it and not uploading screenshots yet but what do you guys think? 80x80 spawn with parkour, pvp pit, mob pit, and a SHOP! Can someone tell me, if its nice ofc, and u like the look, wether or not i should continue the base structure? Also how much would it go for? Thanks

If you are asking how much it could go for (money) then screenshots are vital! It might be 10$ - 200$ depends on your building skill...
