A skyblock or KitPvP setup - Must come w/ domain + gfx

I'm Kitcat.
I would like to purchase a KitPvP // Skyblock // Skyblock PvP server.
Requirments
1. I'd like the server to include GFX - i.e banner, icon, etc
2. I'd like the server to be fully completed.
3. I'd like the server to come with a domain.

My budget is $20 + I can trade some OGs / semi-OGs and a fully completed factions server setup w/ spawn, custom token shops, custom enjin website, buycraft setup + more.

Thats kinda low for a fully setup server with domain and gfx.[DOUBLEPOST=1442107809,1442107709][/DOUBLEPOST]Your best bet would be to get a good premium plugin on spigot and a banner/logo with that money and create it your self or get help from someone.

lol, I know my cash budget is low... but I am also including a factions server setup that is worth $60-$70 if you read the post.

Unfortunately, you're going to have an extremely hard time finding someone who will create you a GFX/Icon, create the server, and purchase a domain for you for $20. To be honest, the value of all of that would be around 60-75 USD.
