(v) As a courtesy, we may provide a set number of extra joins to your server as insurance, but we are not obligated to do so and reserve the right to make that decision at our discretion.
(vi) Once the agreed-upon services have been completed, you are not entitled to a refund. Any potential refunds will be at our discretion.
(vii) If you remove the Discord bot's permissions or remove the bot from your server before the completion of the agreed-upon services, we are not obligated to provide a refund or restart the services.
(viii) Any attempts to violate or disregard these terms of service may result in legal action being taken against you.
(ix) We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we determine that your server or actions violate Discord's terms of service or are otherwise harmful or illegal.
(x) You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
(xi) Any changes to these terms of service will be effective immediately upon posting on our thread or providing notice to you. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
