Active and reliable staff member!

I will also be updating this thread throughout time its late and i wrote this up so i'm sorry if there are any mistakes i will be looking over this quite a bit.

Experience:
Well i have been interested in being staff and making servers since early 2012, I am familiar with basically all commands needed and i have.

I have been staff on quite a bit of servers as a bit ago i would offer services to set peoples servers up and do permissions and little things that they did not know how to do at that time

What can i offer?:
Well one thing is that i can handle almost all in-game situations while you are busy with plugins and or dealing with bigger problems so its less stress on you having to deal with people spamming you.

I have taken many roles as a "Staff/Community Manager" dealing with staff team/finding people to recruit to the staff team by watching how they act in-game how active they are on the forums and just by monitoring the people as they play and see how they get at the best and at the worst times.

I am also a Graphic Designer so i could do some designs if needed I am good at

Skype: I am ALWAYS active on Skype to i'm on everyday because i am also staff on Runescape Private Servers as well as minecraft, I can almost always talk/message on Skype.

Why should you pick me to be staff on your server?:
Well i am very mature and can handle situations without getting angry or acting out i am use to handling big(ish) community's as i have been a owner on ShadowMC(shutdown) was averaging 70-100 players daily i was more of the person who dealt with in-game situations.

I am a VERY active person on servers i am on as much as i possibly can i don't know what it is but i take the role(s) as serious as i can and always try to be there to support players when they have a question and or something went wrong or people hacking.

I can maintain active on the forums also dealing with bans/ban appeals/people sending in proof needing someone to be banned for hacking or breaking the rules on the server.
