Advanced Ticket Bot

I’m looking for an advanced ticket bot for my company. Please note: I don't want to work with a team, would prefer to work privately.

FEATURES:
ticket - opens a ticket, then starts a wizard that sends the details to #commissions, where freelancers can react to claim it.
com - starts a wizard to manually send a commission to #commissions, where freelancers can claim it.
hr - opens a hr ticket, then starts a wizard to find out what’s wrong.
apply - opens an application ticket, then starts a wizard which asks a few questions.
Hold - moves a ticket to the hold category.
Unhold - moves a ticket back to the ticket category from the hold category.
Finished - moves a ticket to the support category.
Close <reason> - closes a ticket giving a 3 minute warning and allows the closing to be cancelled if someone types anything.
Add - add a person to a ticket.
Remove - remove a person from a ticket.
Portfolio <freelancer> - view a freelancers portfolio.
Set portfolio - set a portfolio (freelancer only).
Review - starts a wizard that asks the following questions: 1. Amount of stars 2. Comment, then displays the answers in #reviews.
Need all tickets logged in #ticket-logs with a .txt attached.
May be a couple more things
