This is a suggestion to improve user ratings/reviews/vouches. Right now the only real way to judge a user is their reputation/winner (vouch) ratings. Sure that may give you a sense of how many projects that user has completed but it does not give you an idea of their personality or how they work. With this, clients will be able to write a review for the user and give them a star rating in multiple areas (i.e. Customer Satisfaction, Reply time, Speed). A review like this would still give a "vouch" mark on the users thread shop, but it would display a more detailed description on the users profile.
