I own a server called Advera which currently has 1450 members and is constantly growing, I am committed to making it into something big.
Your commission will be %15 of the profit from the ad you sold, so if we make $20 off an Ad you will receive $3 commission, it shouldn't be too hard to sell ADs as we get around 100 - 200 joins from each AD we sell!
We can discuss payment on a case by case basis, if you're experienced I may offer you up to %30 commission.
