We are currently a startup business, but we will improve more overtime as soon as we start getting more customers. We plan to be the cheapest web-host out there, but as a startup business I can't really go further down in my prices as I need to maintain a budget.

As a new startup web-host we plan to provide the best service and support out there, our main aim is to provide you all with great hosting experience and of course help you all setup and maintain your website.

Few changes I’d recommend -
On the plans page you’ve got “Starting a huge business and want to get your website up as soon as possible? Then this package is the best choice for you!”

I’d change that since it gives me the impression you only deal with businesses and someone with a server might not consider you.

Also on the plans page there’s no links or buttons to take them to purchase it?

And with BoxBilling I’d add your logo instead of theirs.

Finally, systems wise. I don’t wanna start speculation however it looks like you’re reselling off THCServers - can I suggest you get your own private nameservers setup that way you look a bit more professional?

I don't mean to sound rude or disrespectful, but I don't see why you need the 'facebook, google, twitter, etc' picture on your website, it just doesn't make any sense. (TL;DR remove it)
On the pricing page, you should add a cart system that people can checkout when they are ready to purchase.

I would recommend moving into WHMCS if you can and as said above hide the resellers name
