No, but it will block pretty much all detectable clients. (Wolfram, Nodus etc).

It's not going to block those crazy undetectable clients. Not even badlion/kohi can detect it, let alone your small factions server.

what about Hunzi and metro and like all of the google clients

Those should be detected. Things like fly and jesus are blocked.

So far, I can tell you that the best plugin (regardless it is public or private) that blocks phase/v-clip is AAC. The developer has been improving this checking and fixing many bugs of this check since about a year. It phase/v-clip check do contain bypasses but other plugins contain more bypasses.
