Anti-Spam & Filter Plugin

Hello, looking to buy a nice Anti-Spam/Chat Filter plugin. Basically the idea is that after someone spams a message 3 times with a 1-2 second interval between them, after they do it once it warns them to slow down, and if they do it again it will just auto mute them for 2 minutes. And for the filter part, I would like it so phrases we set in the config, will be filtered out of chat (even messages in ./msg) and have a special message sent to all the staff online. But we don't want people to know it's filtered so on their screen the message sent, but on others they can't see it and the special message is just sent to the online staff.

there are tons of free plugins, some may even have code on github or can be decompiled to add customization to the configs so you can change the prefix or delays. however besides the prefix part, i think many free plugins on spigot or even bukkit (outdated ones on 1.7 or below might even work) still have the capability you're asking for.

Correct me if I’m wrong. But as far as I’m aware NCP has this feature. The auto muting of a player, for spamming chat, or commands can be done in the configs. I do believe it can be set to notify staff too.
