I'm making a soup server, & I need a soup heal plugin. Is there anybody that can do this for me for free?

Also does anybody know how to make it so when a player is hit they are spawntagged? So they are able to run into spawn but not protected from PvP?

Yeah I'm looking for a custom soup plugin, just one that will heal 4 hearts on a right click.
