Best way to do a giveaway on your server?

I want to giveaway something on my server that has a pretty high worth. Not sure how to do it tho. I was thinking about making it so that each vote is one entry for the giveaway buuuuut I didn't find a plugin for that. Does anyone else have a decent idea? Or possibly a plugin like the one I'm looking for?

Make a parkour and let the first get the price. Make a pumpkin hunt, I saw one plugin on spigot about this. The one which gets the amount at first gets the rank.

Although I like the idea. I want something to promote the server a bunch. Because I'm putting my own money into the giveaway prize I want some sort of return for it. Thanks for the feedback

If your server has a website you could have a forum post and all people would have to do is say something along the lines of "Enter Me!" then you assign each person a number and use a random number website.

Find some kind of lottery ticket plugin and whenever they vote have console execute a command and give them a ticket, when the giveaway is ready to start roll the lottery and whoever wins gets whatever you're giving away.

Well yeah I already know that, but I mainly wanted to make some sort of entry system. Like some way to enter the players into the giveaway. After contemplating it for a while I decided that twitter would be the best way to do a giveaway

Whats your server about? Pvp for example the top kills after a week will receive the rank, This will create a larger amount of pvp'ers on your server. Without advertising of this it wont work as in the "word" isnt being spread around. GLWS
