Hello. I need a very huge plugin made: RecklessSuite, for my faction server. It needs to have the following:

- No more than 3 accounts on the same ip address at the same time

- Some op anti advertising

- Custom drop parties:
- Like a KOTH /kothsetloot opens a chest and u put loot in, I want it /DPsetloot.

- gold nuggets -> gold ingots command /gold?

- headhunting system like saicopvp without the spawner ranks system. I want the mob head selling tho.

- /nightvision

- /rankup system in factions. I want factions to be able to rankup and have it configurable

- Factions money tracker, how much money factions have made in total /f total

I want this to be a very smooth plugin. If there is a plugin for any of above that would be like considered copying let me know.
