[Build] - MALL

Hey everyone.

So for a plugin, i need a mall. I have a very low budget for it as i am in current strife with the currency exchange rate. Fit for 10-20 players. Needs

- Ilses
- Shelfs for BLOCKS (Not item frams, signs, fitted for a block)
- Checkouts
- Entry

Nothing really outside of the mall as the players won't leave the mall.

I would say around 40x40? I am not sure.

I will only contact people that have a high Agree rate.
Please explain how much it will cost and period of time it will take.
