Bungee Warp Plugin

Hello. I am looking for someone to make me or find me a Bungee Warp plugin. Basically what I want is a plugin so that I can make portals to warps on different bungeed servers. What I would need in the plugin are the warps, portals, and a teleport compass. PM if you can help me. I do have a $40 budget. I don't want the BungeeSuite or anything like that because they are outdated and don't work.

Use bPortals(BungeePortals)
For CompassTeleporting find a developer or there's a plugin for it, I just don't remember the name
