Buycraft chargeback

Hello MCM,
I recently had an issue with a player charging back. I need to resolve the dispute now with PayPal. He is claiming this "The buyer reported that someone made the order without their permission. Until this case is closed, we've also placed a hold on the transaction amount."
But obviously, this is not true he is just trying to get his money back. What should I say to fight this? What proof should I show? I am not the most experienced with this issue so if someone could please give me advice it would be much appreciated.

Yeah I would suggest saying or showing proof of the player actually using the item that he supposively didn't buy. This would show that he indeed did buy it intentionally and use it, and even if it didn't, which we all know he did, it would mean some random guy bought him an item and he decided to use it rather than report it to staff and get it refunded.

This is the problem with selling virtual items in general. The only thing I can suggest is that you create some Tos's for the future.

How would I find the IP used to buy the services? All I can see under IP is "-"
