Buying factions setup.

I have invested into a server with GG servers and so i am looking for a factions setup.

preferably someone who lives in the uk so we are on the same timezone, and can share ideas.

I am willing to spend up to $75 (if done to a HQ) or around there, i pretty much know what i want, i have had someone do a setup for me in the past and they have been an absolute waste of time, so i would only pay someone who is going to be very professional about it.

I have attempted to set it up by myself but to no avail i would always get stuck on the permissions ect.

I would'nt expect too many paid plugins but of course if you already have them it wouldn't do any harm to add them. a small spawn build and a pvp arena would be amazing, but no worries if not.
