Hi there today I am offering my middleman services to people of the McMarket community I have a few rules about my service before I start.
-=-TERMS OF MY SERVICE-=-
1: I will be taking proof of the transaction and so will both parties of the trade.
2: A skype group chat will be setup and any talk of the trade will happen in there.
3: Any attempt of a scam will result in a scam report.
4: Lieing will result in a ban from my services and maybe a scam report also.
5: Both parties must agree that there is NO chargebacking allowed, I will only allow a charge back if the item received does not work and the other party is refusing a refund.
6: If needed a call will happen and both parties and I will be present but my mic will be muted unless I am needed.
7: Both parties must provide proof of the funds or the item and proof of ownership.
8: Both parties must post their McMarket name in the chat and also message me on the forums to prove it is them and not an impersonator.
9: If at any point there is a problem where I must leave for a few hours I will advise you guys not to go ahead with any deal.
10: All trades are final unless it conflicts with number 5.
