Hello! I am one of the owners of the factions server,DiaCraft. My name is Zachary... More commonly known as _Zachary_ in the Minecraft community.
We, here at DiaCraft are looking for responsible, friendly, and trustworthy staff members to join the team.
DiaCraft is a completely custom factions experience offering over 90 custom enchants, 2 planets (ice and fire). a customized hub, spawn, and war zone. DiaCraft has been weeks in the making and thousands put into this, featuring; envoys, crates, and much more for you to explore. On behalf of the DiaCraft team, we are proud to announce that we are looking for staff.

For the time being, I'm sorry to say you cannot. The server is under heavy configuration and would love to use an extra set of hands. Only people who have been accepted currently can only see the ip. :/

Why do you want to be apart of the team?: I want to join the team to help the community and make DiaCraft a much nicer and better place for people to join and feel like calling it "Home". All server owners love to see there server doing well, with me you may be able to gain that, i'm welcoming to everyone even if rude/disrespectful to me or anyone else, I will be nice to them but also warn them in the same way. I am great at working in groups and on my own. I'm good at handling situations that may be sticky. I'm also not cocky to any players that need help or get declined for there position in a role they wanted. I'm a great sportsmanship.

Past experiences:
I've owned a small Faction server called CursedFactions, but I didn't have the time to put into it as alot was happening with my life with family, friends, school and much more.

Situations:
A hacker is nearby:
I would go in the StaffMode if one is there, or go in Vanish and watch him, I would watching for 30 minutes tops to see if anything is suspicious, if I think they are hacking, I shall record them for valid proof and if i'm unsure ill ask someone else for there input in what they think if he's hacking or not.

Someone is advertising:
I would instantly IP-Ban them (Only if server IP) If it was a website link they would be muted for 30 minutes (Only if spammed over and over again).

Another staff member is abusing powers:
I would instaly record them, and if they are a high member than me and I cannot do anything I will have to get in contact with someone high than him to show them the proof i've got of him abusing, and hopefully from that he can be demoted/banned depends on the damage caused to the server.

Why do you want to be apart of the team?:
From my past experience as a staff, I could contribute with the server by spreading some new thought ideas through the community, helping new players feel welcomed and know they are playing a great server. Ive been waiting for a unique faction server to play on and I believe this is a server than I'm truly going to love. I know a lot about the faction aspects and plugins/commands when it comes to factions.
Past experiences:
I have been staff on many different servers from small player bases to large ones swell. Ive also owned my very own server. I had custom plugins, factions, great staffs, economy, and the community. I started off by making questions for the people who are applying for staff. I focused more on maturity and know what they would do during a specific situation. I would get on my alt and test my staff members to make sure that they're doing their job and not being a lazy staff that doesn't know what to do. Server then shut down due to lack of donations.
Anything else (optional):
Im decently good at graphic artwork So i can help in that depart meant, swell as I have a youtube channel with almost 300subs that I can use to help advertise the server!

Situations:
A hacker is nearby: Turn on my recording software and record he/she doing whatever hacking stuff then post it on youtube for staff members to see and ban the hacker!
Someone is advertising: ScreenShot what the player was advertising (ClearChat if I'm a staff member) then mute/tempban the player for a certain amount of time.
Another staff member is abusing powers: Collect proof of this staff member abusing and report it to the owner or a higher up rank staff member.​

Your pretty much set, but I would like to see you to clean up the application a bit, make it easier to read. You have my vouch, we just need further notice from the other staff members You should also add more detail to the situations section.
