The server I play has the exact same spawn for it but just without the tress so really all you have done is got this map and then planted some trees.

Please tell me how one world downloads a spawn someone else is showing him via Skype.

World download doesn't work for 1.8. Its also pretty messed up to go download someone else spawn and use it for your own. Or download their shop. Thats why I hate people who do that. Not pointing fingers at OP for he could have actually built this unless proven wrong.

I am not taking a chance anyways.

I know for a fact that the spawn point area was copied.
