My History:
Stavangercraft: One of my most successful managing servers, we had around 100 players a day and we made a great community, we stopped the server later on. Reasons: Well we basically didn't have enough donations to keep it up.
Citaborg: I were head admin here although I always helped everyone and I read applications, I accepted some, denied some, that's just how it works.
Note: Those servers are Norwegian, I've only been a manager on small servers if they has to be English.
Requirements:
1.7.10 or higher. (Server Version)
More than 10 players a day. (Obviously you know what this means)
Good Server Economy. (Means you have enough money to keep it long lasting.)
Long Lasting Server.
