to be precise around £25~ in dollars its about $32 a week.
Would get you a decent few thousand views, then a % of them would visit the site, and lastly a % would hopefully buy

Instagram was very effective. (High engagements)
Facebook was better at getting sales (possibly more mature audience?)

When I say $32 on ads it was split between both platforms, around $10 on IG and $23 on facebook.
Obviously this varied some months. I'd walk you though it anyhow.
