Have you got your frames on VSync set to 20? Change it to 60.
Google how to do it with NVIDIA or what ever graphics card you have. ;)
It's usually in your graphics card's control panel.
If I had a vsync set I dont think it would say i am getting 200 frames.

Vsync just caps the fps at what your monitors maximum refresh rate, usually this is 60+. If you disable Vsync then does it go back up again?
If I put V-sync on it feels the same, but it just says 60 instead of the 200 frames or whatever.

Hmmm that HDD seems fine. When you press F3, on the right-hand side you should see what graphics chip is being used to run the game. Does it say GTX 660 or AMD integrated graphics?
I dont see anything about what is being used?

Right now, my McAfee is taking up like 60% of my CPU. No clue why.

Nope
Have you checked to make sure McAfee isn't running an AV scan? They are heavy on your processor and you can adjust the % of CPU power you want to dedicate to the scan within the settings for the program.
