Creative spawn 67x67

I'm looking for someone to build a Creative spawn and I'd like it to be built on my server as well. It should fit to the plot size of 67x67 (2x2 30x30 plots merged) and I'd like it to contain a big castle, some nature and info signs.

My budget for this is $10 and I'm willing to go first with half of the money if you have made trades here earlier and send the final payment after the build is finished. I have WorldEdit and VoxelSniper on the server.
